Our Process In Cleaning Your Air Conditioner

1. We turn on the air conditioner and inspect it while it’s running to assess the performance.

2. We remove the filters and plastic cover. We clean and wipe down the cover before installing (for split systems only)

3. We install a water catch bag around the indoor unit (for splits systems only)

4. We spray the coils and inside the system with an advanced anti-bacterial alkaline – based chemical.

5. The unit is cleaned with a commercial coil cleaner that removes all the mould and grime.

6. The unit is sprayed with a commercial sanitizer spray. The unit is dried and reassembled. The unit is then turned on and tested.

7. We inspect the outdoor unit.

8. We spray the coils with our advanced outdoor coil cleaner.

9. The coils are thoroughly cleaned with our commercial coil washer.

10. The air conditioner is now fully cleaned.
